Overpopulation

When I went to Fredericksburg, I ate at a restaurant that was underground, so I got this idea to solve overpopulation issues by having a two-story world. In Tokyo there is an underground mall, and in Boston there are underground apartments. In China they have the One Child Policy, which prevents people from having more than one child.
Over my last two weeks, I watched The Butterfly Effect and Eight Below on TV. I was also bored out of my mind, so I made brownies.
